Natalia Harris moved from Russia to America at age 3, with her parents. Her parents that didn’t speak any English when they moved. Natalia spent her childhood in dance classes and pageants. She always enjoyed being a girly girl. In 2003, Natalia was Miss Arizona Teen USA. Then in 2007 she was 1st Runner up in the Miss Arizona USA pageant.

Natalia graduated from W.P Carey School of Business at ASU in 2007 with honors. She then moved to Las Vegas where she begin a 10 year career in the hospitality industry. Natalia worked for some of the major hospitality companies in Las Vegas including: Light Group, and Hakkasan.

She also served as the Marketing Director and Artist Relations and at Play management. In these positions Natalia learned to create unparalleled experiences for guests. After 10 years in the industry she decided to take this knowledge and use it to create the ultimate “princess cave”; Glam Parlor.
